2010 Win a Klepper Folding Kayak Contest Rules

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The 'Win a Klepper Folding Kayak Contest' starts January 1, 2010 and ends June 1, 2010.

2. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, download, print and fill-out the participation ballot at http://www.klepper.ca/kleppercontest.html on the Klepper Folding Kayaks in Canada website. You can also clearly print, on a plain piece of paper, your name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number AND answer the following skill testing question: What is "2010 + 10 - 113"? Mail your completed ballot to 'Win a Klepper Folding Kayak', PO Box 1184, Station B, Ottawa ON K1P 5R2.

To be eligible for the Contest, mailed entries must be received at this address no later than the closing of the Contest on June 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m.

No purchase necessary. Only one entry will be accepted per household for the duration of the contest.  Entries become the property of Klepper Folding Kayaks in Canada by its Agent and will not be returned.

3. WHO CAN ENTER
Contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec, where prohibited by law); contestants must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence on or before June 1, 2010. Employees, members of their immediate families and persons domiciled with employees of Klepper dealers in Canada, or its advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. PRIZE
The prize will consist of one (1) Klepper Aerius Classic II + 545 folding kayak; two (2) Isar paddles; one (1) double spraycover; one (1) rudder and (2) packing bags.  The total value of the prize is evaluated at $6500.

5. CONTEST DRAW
A random selection for the prize will be made in Ottawa, Ontario on or about July 1, 2010 from among all eligible entries received during the contest periods.  The winner will be notified personally by email or telephone after the prize draw.  If participation is excluded for legal or actual reasons, or if the winner does not respond to the winning notification by August 1, 2010, another winner may be chosen or the prize may expire.

6. GENERAL RULES
By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of the independent contest organization, which are final. Winners may be required to sign standard release documents and, by entering, to specifically agree to authorize Klepper Folding Kayaks to announce and publish their name, address (city only), photograph, without remuneration, in any forthcoming publicity. Winners will be advised via email and/or announced on the contest website. Klepper Folding Kayaks reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of this contest if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of Klepper Folding Kayaks and which, in the opinion of Klepper Folding Kayaks, affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.  Klepper Folding Kayaks reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value should all or part of any prize become unavailable for any reason.

The odds of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Klepper Folding Kayaks, its Canadian Agent and its dealers assume no responsibility for any lost, late, misidentified or misdirected entries, software dysfunctions or for any other such problems occurring in connection with participation in this contest.

The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the contest, in whole or in part, at the event of any cause that is beyond its control.

Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
Klepper Folding Kayaks will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this contest and may send you product and company information in the future unless otherwise indicated by the contestant upon entering the contest.  Klepper Folding Kayaks and its agents will not disclose contact information to third-party agents or service providers. You can indicate on your ballot if you do not wish to be added to a list.
